Starter package questions
Who is Starter for?
Anyone who needs a simple, professional one-page presence — micro shops, freelancers, and personal portals, not only registered companies. Food stalls, retail, trades, tuition, agents, solo professionals, and individuals who want a shareable online identity without a multi-page custom build.
Do I own the website?
Yes — and that is the point. Your content is yours. Hosting sits on a free Netlify account that you create and own, so the site is part of your digital identity, not a rented profile on a social platform. Template design remains ours; your data and media belong to you.
How fast is delivery?
Typically 24–72 hours after payment, complete intake (text, logo, hero image, product/service photos, contact details), and your Netlify account ready for deploy. Incomplete materials or a missing Netlify account delay the clock.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes if you already own one — we guide DNS. Buying a new domain is not part of this promo; we can quote domain assist separately.
What if I need more pages later?
Upgrade paths exist (Standard multi-page packages). Starter is intentionally fixed-scope so we can offer this limited-time RM 99 promo.
Do I need to provide photos?
Yes, preferably: company logo, a top hero/background image, and photos for your products or services. Phone photos work. If you cannot send them, we will try once to source or match suitable images — that one-time match is covered by the included revision. We do not do unlimited image hunting or custom logo design under this promo price.
How many revisions are included?
One revision round after preview, plus small tweaks for 30 days. The one-time image match (if we sourced photos for you) counts toward that included revision. New sections, custom design, major copy rewrites, or further image rounds are quoted separately.
Is RM 99 the regular price?
No. RM 99 is a limited-time promotional price for the Starter One-Page package. The offer can end or change without notice — order while it lasts.
Who creates the Netlify account?
You do. A free Netlify account must be created by the customer with your own email so you own hosting long-term. myaitech2u assists by providing a written guideline and the necessary actions (sign-up link, confirm email, invite us to deploy). We do not register the account for you or keep your login.
